We were asked to design a bib for my soon to be adult nephew that did not look like a bib, and after a brainstorming session and a bit of informed inspo searching online at the current trends in Korean Men’s Neckwear fashions, I draped and drafted the ‘Adult Special Needs Scarf Bib.’
I loved the design so much myself, I reckoned it would look lovely on the ladies as well.
This lovely tropical print would dress up and go with many different classic colours, and is simply beautiful.
These Adult Scarf Bibs are made with 3 Distinct Layers:
- Upper cotton fabric is durable, breathable and cool so it wont irritate the wearer’s skin.
- The absorbent inner core is Organic Bamboo Terry which is naturally absorbent and antibacterial.
- The lower layer is a soft waterproof Polyurethane Laminate Fabric which should rest on the wearer’s clothing, keeping them nice and dry.
Fastened with three snaps down the front, holding it in place, and disguising the appearance to look more like a scarf than a bib, while covering the shoulder and front areas that are needed for functionality.
Made to protect the user’s clothing and keep them dry so you only need to change the bib instead of going through the hassle of undressing and redressing several times a day.
Made to be ‘one size fits all’, we have drafted the neckline to have natural give in it to expand and contract to fit a variety of neck widths and sizes.
We have carefully prewashed the natural fabrics in a hot load to prevent it running or shrinking in future washes, and our bibs are made to be really durable to withstand being washed everyday to keep them fresh.
We recommend using a cold machine wash, and line drying in the shade to preserve the colours, and save on energy, but they can be washed in a warm or hot load and popped in the dryer on warm if necessary.
There was only a remnant left in this beautiful print, so we have only made two, the print is positioned the same way on both.
We are always happy to work with clients to make up an order, and send the invoice through to their NDIS fund manager for payment, but no stock leaves the premises until the order is paid in full.
We have also partnered with Zip Pay on orders we can ship straight away so you can order now and pay them off at your leisure, should you not be eligible to get them paid for by the NDIS.
